Prairie Ridge Elementary will celebrate Red Ribbon Week next week (10/25-30). Red Ribbon week is a national celebration sponsored by the National Family Partenership. It was started in memory of a DEA agent in 1985. We celebrate Red Ribbon Week by pledging to live drug-free healthy lives.
Here is the break down of the week:
Monday - Wear as much red as you can!
Tuesday - Living Drug Free is no sweat - wear sweat pants
Wednesday - Lving drug free is a kick - wear sneakers
Thursday - Sock it to drugs - wear crazy or mismatched socks
Friday - Be a Pro - just say no - wear your favorite sports team shirt
